1. Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:-
Description of work- Re-filling cum servicing of fire extinguishers at Mohanpur Colliery.
4. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc.can be obtained from the Office of the Agent, Mohanpur Colliey,Salanpur Area, on any working day from11.04.2024 to 15.04.2024 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Saturday.Quotationdocuments can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee.
5. Quotationscan be submitted upto 01:00 P.M. on16.04.2024in the tender box kept in the Office of theAgent, Mohanpur Colliery, Salanpur Area. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day.
6. The quotation offer will be opened on16.04.2024 at 03:00P.M. at the office of the Agent, Mohanpur colliery, Salanpur Areain the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
