Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:-
Description of work- Repairing of road from Bahula Kajora PWD road to Uladanga Jambad Colliery at Jambad Colliery under Kajora Area
Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Agent , JAMBAD UG COLLIERY, Kajora Area, PO- Kajoragram, Pin- 713338, Dist- P. Barddhaman(W.B.) on any working day from 11/03/2026- to – 18/03/2026 at 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee.
Quotations can be submitted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 P.M. on19/03/2026in the tender box kept in the Office of the Agent , JAMBAD UG COLLIERY, Kajora Area, PO- Kajoragram, Pin- 713338, Dist- P. Barddhaman(W.B.).In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day.
The quotation offer will be opened on19/03/2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the Office of the Agent , JAMBAD UG COLLIERY, Kajora Area, PO- Kajoragram, Pin- 713338, Dist- P. Barddhaman(W.B.), in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
