Description of work- Beautification work near by area of pond, ghat and its approach road for community purpose of Bansra Colliery under Kunustoria Area.
Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Agent, Bansra Gr. of Mines, PO: Toposi Dist.: Paschim Bardhaman, PIN-713362 on any working day from11.03.2026 to 13.03.2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentined period. There is no application fee.
Quotations can be submitted upto 1:00 P.M. on14.03.2026 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Agent, Bansra Gr. of Mines, PO: Toposi Dist.: Paschim Bardhaman, PIN-713362 In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day.
The quotation offer will be opened on14.03.2026 at 3:00 P.M. at the office of Office of the Agent, Bansra Gr. of Mines, PO: Toposi Dist.: Paschim Bardhaman, PIN-713362 in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
